Discovery Learning Strategies Motivate Student at Pembina Slawi Negeri Kindergarten

Abstract
This study aims to identify and describe the Discovery Learning model to motivate students to learn at Pembina Slawi State Kindergarten. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, the subject of research is the principal and teachers of
Kindergarten A and B classes. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. The initial condition of the teacher has not implemented discovery learning so that the learning given to students is monotonous with not optimal results,
therefore the teacher has the idea to replace the new learning model by implementing discovery learning to motivate student learning at school. The results obtained after using the discovery learning learning model of students' knowledge increased non-monotonous learning students became active and students' learning motivation increased.
