The Effect of Business Risk, Company Growth and Company Size on Capital Structure and Company Value in Hospitality Companies Listed on The IDX Year 2018 – 2021

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know 1) the influence of business risk on capital structure, 2) the influence of company growth on capital structure; 3) The influence of company size on capital structure; 4) The influence of business risk on company value; 5) The influence of company growth on firm value; 6) The influence of firm size on firm value; 7) The influence of capital structure on firm value; 8) Influence of business risk on firm value with capital structure as a mediator; 9) The influence of company growth on
firm value with the capital structure as a mediator; 10). The influence of firm size on firm value with capital structure as a mediator. The population in this study are all hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, totaling 30 companies. The sampling technique used by researchers in this study is purposive sampling. The technique used to collect data in this study is documentation. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive statistics and partial least square analysis.
